We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully, as different rules apply to standard and bespoke/personalised items.
 

1) Standard Items (Non-Personalised)

For non-personalised items (e.g., our ready-made t-shirts and other standard stock):

• You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/labels attached.
• You will receive a full refund, including the standard delivery cost you paid at checkout.
• Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
   

2) Bespoke & Personalised Items

For items that are made to order, personalised, or customised (e.g., t-shirts printed with your chosen scripture, design, or artwork):

• These items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
• We therefore cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• If your bespoke item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

3) Faulty or Not as Described Items

Your purchase is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any product (standard or bespoke) is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

4) How to Start a Return

1. Email info@togastudio.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
2. We’ll confirm the return process and return address.
3. Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
